The AGM of Birtley Athletics Club will take place on April 22nd at 7pm, to be held at the Birtley Hub. A full agenda will be published shortly, but the main points for discussion are:-

Setting of weekly subs
Election of officers
Discussion on race fees (e.g. North Easterns, Northerns)
Discussion on banking
Below is the election of officers list – please have a look at the available positions and consider volunteering (or proposing) for at least one of the positions. This list will be up on the club noticeboard from Tuesday 24th March until Tuesday 21st April – please take the time to have a look. The club can not function if these positions are not filled – in particular the treasurer post.
