Club weekend for the Nationals – URGENT

I am pleased to confirm that the Club have secured transport and hotel accommodation at the Quality Hotel, Wembley for the National Cross Country Championship at Parliament Hill, London on 20/02/15 and 21/02/15. The Club have very generously agreed to subsidise this event and I am pleased to confirm that ALL COMPETITORS AND COACHES TRAVELLING WITH THE CLUB will travel and stay overnight free of charge. Non competing members or non-members of the club are also being heavily subsidised at a cost of £50.00 for two nights per person.

Currently I have a full bus of the following 52 people who have confirmed a definite interest:- Rhianne Bell x 3; Sophie Bell x 3; Matty Cleugh x 2, Bethan Frazer-Denham x 4; Dillion Openshaw x 4; Megan Charlton x 5, Adrian Bailes x 2, Tom Goulding x 3; Danielle Coulson x 4; Lydia Turner 1; Sophie Burnett 1; Paige Gillespie 1; Sophie Forster 1; Hannah Fawcett 1; Kate and Robyn Waugh 2; Danielle Elliot 1; Phillippa Chambers 1; Katie Gunn 1; Amber Leigh x 3; Kieran Taylor x 3; Hannah and Millie Short x 4; Amy Drummond x 4.

IT IS ESSENTIAL that these people confirm to me ASAP AND BY NO LATER THAN THURSDAY 11 DECEMBER if they still wish to secure their place. A deposit of £5.00 per person will be required to be paid to secure your place on the coach and hotel. This will be refunded later to competing athletes. £20.00 will be required at the beginning of January and £25.00 at the beginning of February, per person.

If any competing athlete or club member not listed is interested in the above please speak to me as a matter of urgency.

As you will appreciate the Club are heavily subsidising this trip away and there is therefore an expectation that the people mentioned above as well as many other members of the club as is possible, attend the bag packing morning at Sainsbury’s Arnison Centre on Tuesday 23 December 2014 between 9.00 am and 12.00 noon. Even if you can only spare an hour this will be helpful. All money raised at this event together with the Christmas raffle, which you are asked to contribute to, will help raise funds for the club, for not only the Nationals but other events.

Thank you

Joanne Bell
