Sisters’ Success at Sheffield

While some were training on the beach on Saturday 28th December, Robyn and Kate Waugh were both racing at the Sheffield Open Cross Country event at Graves Park. The trip was worthwhile, as both girls won their age group races.

Kate was 1st U15 girl with a time of 10:53 over a 3k course, and older sister Robyn was 1st U17 woman with a time of 16:43 over a 4k distance. Well done girls, and a good warm up for the UK Challenge at Antrim.
