Endurance squad suggested training and races March

All Club sessions can be adapted to suit all standards, There is a session available for everyone on a Monday night from 6:30pm at Riverside Car Park Chester Le Street or some meet at 5:30pm at the same car park & go for a run. If you want any further information let me know.        Tommy An example of endurance training and club sessions. Schedules can provided to meet individual needs or targets.

13th 50-60 min steady pace run meet at Beamish 9:30am Shepherd & Shepherdess Pub 14th 35-40 min at easy pace 15th 50 min run inc 3 x 6 min at good pace with 5 min between 16th Recovery 17th Hill session 30 sec/60 sec/90sec X 4 jog down after each one walk down after each set 18th 35-40 min at easy pace 19th Recovery
20th Northern 12 Stage Relay Or 50-60 min steady pace 21st 35-40 min at easy pace 22nd 50 min run with 4 x 3 min at hard pace inc 5 min between at the most. 23rd Recovery 24th 10x100m with  30sec rec. then 2x200m in 35sec with 1 min rec 25th Recovery 26th Prudhoe Harrier League
27th 50-60 min steady pace run meet at Beamish 9:30am Shepherd & Shepherdess Pub 28th 35-40 min at easy pace 29th 20 min lamppost session 30th Recovery 31st 10 mile steady pace
